IRRI Personnel ...

The IRRI team includes personnel with operational management expertise at a senior level, including public sector waste management; business management and creation expertise from the private sector, including incubation and SME management; and academic capability.

The Management Team

The current management team of IRRI are:

Nick Lyth is the Director of IRRI, responsible for leading it forward. His expertise in marketing, business development and business creation has been responsible for the development of IRRI. Project design, project management and presentation have all been Nick’s responsibility. Nick’s funding has also been essential in breathing life into IRRI.

Ewan Ramsay is the General Manager of IRRI. Ewan has spent the last 20 years working in the world of business. Initially working in the Banking industry Ewan has spent the past 10 years working for a number of organizations including LINC Scotland and the Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce and for the past 7 years he has set up, managed and invested in a number of early stage companies in the UK and overseas. Ewan’s core strengths are to develop and implement business and operational plans as well as financial and commercial management.

Steve Taylor, has been part of the IRRI development team from the start, and has taken responsibility for building the network of relationships across Europe. Steve’s skills in planning and environmental management have been used by IRRI in the projects, which he himself has attracted to IRRI, and helped to design.
